We have two Giotto screen belt presses for sale in excellent condition with a belt width of 2,000 mm.
the WR Greenland screen belt press is specifically designed for the far-reaching dewatering of biological sludges. Through a highly effective thickening zone, which is equipped with wedge-shaped ploughs, free water is quickly drained. In a wedge-shaped zone, sludge is then slowly pressurized between two cloths, after which it enters the press zone. The first two rollers have an exceptionally large diameter and a perforated sheath, which allows the pressure to build up calmly and evenly and allows water to quickly escape two-way. In the further press zone, the pressure between the two cloths is further increased, so that a maximum dry matter content in the sludge cake is achieved.
The available screen belt presses have an effective belt width of 2,000 mm and a press zone with 11 press rolls.
